3. LOCATION DATA
Open Runs may access your device location only when you grant permission.
Location information may be used while you are using the app to show nearby runs, center the map, and improve the map experience.
You may disable location access through your device settings. Some location-based features may not work properly if location access is disabled.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Open Runs allows users to create profiles, create and join runs, upload photos, communicate through chat and comments, and participate in badge-related features.
Content you submit may be visible to other Open Runs users. This may include your profile information, run details, participation activity, photos, messages, comments, and badges.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
5. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or disclose information in the following circumstances:

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Open Runs is intended for users age 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
